No response to multiple requests
Ive purchased much Rabbit gear over the years. Recently tried a different model short, but after 2 washings the stitching on both hems began to fray.
Assuming I just got a defective pair I reached out 4 times to explain problem, included photos, arrange for an exchange. There is only this one email address to contact them. Its been 10 days & 4 requests and I cant even get a response.
Terrible customer service! Ill never buy from them again.
