Took my head unit in for repair in March. It just got finished in October .
Next time i will buy a new unit before ever using their shop. And they charged $208.00 for the repair.

- - Weeks later, about $100 more; item unrepaired and kept unless extra money paid.
Took electronic to be repaired, was told I would be charged upfront for the repair, waited a couple weeks and called to pick up my item, was told i would have to pay an additional charge of almost a hundred dollars extra, the electronic was not repaired still sitting untouched, and to get my item back to go else where, the upfront fee of 55.00 was non refundable, tech told me when dropping off my item the 55.00 would cover the cost of the minor repair, so now my electronics is being kept unless i come up with the additional money
