We have a local Ford dealer in our area that is taking advantage of people. I had to put my f-150 in there shop 3 times for the same problem.

I had to put my truck in there shop 3 times for the same problem. They ended up charging me around $3000,00 all together. Apparently this happens a lot there. I felt taken advantage of, also them being the only ford dealer in 50 miles or so they do what they want. This was not right .

User's recommendation: Not recommend for anyone to have work done.
