I ordered an acupuncture pen which arrived. The product didn't have any protective packaging and was broken on arrival, cracked useless plastic parts.
I emailed immediately with photos, no response. After emailing again and again still nothing. Went through the website, still no feedback. I then left a review hoping that would work, but it seems they don't publish bad reviews so that never helped either.
It has now been 14 days, haven't had any response. The service (or should I say absolute lack of) is shocking!!!
I would not recommend using them as there's clearly no way they care to refund you, *** it didn't even seem as if they cared to ensure the product was packaged properly in order to get to you in one piece!! Don't trust any of the reviews they post because I've proven that they don't put up the bad reviews
