Bought one of the best Knee pads Out there.... i have been suffering from Knee Pain for a couple of years now. i have had surgery on the knee but i still find it difficult getting up and carrying out my activities like i used to. This Knee pad has not only helped me get back my Confidence it's definitely a Life Saver.

User's recommendation: I highly Recommend it if you are in the same Shoes as myself. THIS IS A MUST HAVE....

I ordered an acupuncture pen which arrived. The product didn't have any protective packaging and was broken on arrival, cracked useless plastic parts. I emailed immediately with photos, no response. After emailing again and again still nothing. Went through the website, still no feedback. I then left a review hoping that would work, but it seems they don't publish bad reviews so that never helped either. It has now been 14 days, haven't had any response. The service (or should I say absolute lack of) is shocking!!! I would not recommend using them as there's clearly no way they care to refund you, *** it didn't even seem as if they cared to ensure the product was packaged properly in order to get to you in one piece!! Don't trust any of the reviews they post because I've proven that they don't put up the bad reviews
