I bought a new build house from this company and before closing they promised to have the wall retextured in a spot that was done poorly before we closed on the house. They did not fulfill on that promise.
I then asked them multiple times to retexture the wall after I closed since I have a warranty on the house and they finally came and retextured the wall but refused to repaint the wall and make it like anyone would want their new build house to be that was paid for.
He told me he was not going to do it in emails I received from him. I am upset with this customer service and will be filing complaints on this until it is resolved.
