QVC UK

My order still hasn't arrived after a month , I wanted to write a nice review about these earrings, but unfortunately they never arrived at my house, and when I asked for an explanation I was told that I couldn' t do anything , but my money was taken from my credit card anyway. I'm very disappointed.

I order alot from QVC so much so that it's like a lucky bag when it arrives a complete surprise.I ordered a bracelet and it was stolen between dispatch and arrival to me.My postman told me I was the second person it happened to in 2 days and it was the exact same item.I live in Ireland and tried to ring QVC with no success.I emailed QVC and received a full refund.I would love a phone contact from Ireland.One of the numbers I tried was answered straight away but it was America and not the UK.QVC are great to deal with.

Have qvc outsourced there customer service to India the voice has changed the music has changed and worse the time for waiting to be answered has gone to 15 mins, what is going on with QVC U.K.

Bad service Im very disappointed

I bought a computer payed in 4 months Im waiting when I call one lady said to pay all amount the amount is still pending in my account

Was trying to contact yourselves because I couldnt remember my account number and it kept putting me through to a cut

I had to speak to someone all sorted l had a problem but its all sorted now much Appreciated all good thanks

Set up can't do refusing 2nd password can't contact anyone always busy sold by QVC so perhaps they need to try before advertising this product sending mine back

I couldnt believe my eyes Alison Young QVC Presenter slapped the Brand Ambassador from Bare Minerals across the face because she ate a chocolate. The Bare Minerals lady looked completely taken aback and shocked.

It put me off Alison Young forever aggressive and downright nasty live on air. Yes it was a while ago but as soon as I see her face I think of that immediately and will purchase anything she attempts to promote!

My mother in law as been on qvc for years but was hospitalised a few years back and this is when we found parcels all over her flat and overdrawn on her bank by almost £2000 I got in touch with qvc and eventually was told by someone high up she would be blocked,after telling them that she as demantia,she is now back home and ordering again so I would like people to know that qvc don't give a dam about anyone they just want your money

Nothing happened. Company doesnt seem to care that the iron is leaking.

They have their money so unless you want to repurchase! Thats it.

Should have got 20% discount of clearance price.But when I put SALE20 in it just kept saying invalid code.Been in touch with QVC by email but have not had any kind of reply.
