Last puzzle received!!!!! SIZE UNACCEPTABLE, should be corrected

- - It's round; the 14 Across puzzle measures 8.5.
- - I have emailed many times and they ignore me.
I have bought over 50 puzzles from Quordle !! My last train puzzle was supposed to 14 across, its round.
I ordered the M size and they have ALWAYS dimensions listed. This 14 puzzle is 8 1/2 . I have complained by email several times and they ignore me !!
