- - Bought two pendants; the site didn't state they must be assembled, which disappointed me.

Bought two pendants and nowhere on website, did it state they had to be put together. This is a metal, artsy fixture, that has individual metal pieces to it.
I did not feel comfortable putting it together to have it look like it was supposed to.
I was terribly disappointed as well as upset, that they omitted that important detail. I would like to rebuy them, have Quoizel put them together, and ship them to me, that is how they can accommodate me adequately,

With little success. They basically just said they’re sorry, that’s it,
To go over this again, I bought two fixtures that apparently had to be totally put together, and nowhere on the website, did it state that. This is a metal, very artistic fixture, that has many individual metal pieces to it, so when delivered, I was totally surprised to realize that I had to take the time to do this, which I felt, I couldnt.
I would like to rebuy these fixtures again, as I havent seen anything else that compares to those, have them put the fixtures together for me and ship them to me.
There are fixtures out there, that are far more delicate that are shipped. That is how I can be accommodated to my satisfaction.
