Customer service sucks!
I received my Qunol Magnesium Glycinate order via Amazon. The entire contents of the container are in a huge sticky blob.
Amazon will not take the product back for a refund or exchange. I'm reaching out for an exchange.
Preferred solution: Exchange for new package.

I need to return order 410546 because my physician has advised me this supplement will interfere with my prescription medication. I received the order last Friday and have made multiple attempts to call customer service but calls go to voicemail.
I have left detailed messages with my name, order number, phone number and email but dont hear back. I have attempted to contact *** via their website AND emailno response.
