Refund, cancel the subscription
Hi I would really request you to cancel my subscription and refund my money back that was deducted on 2oct for amount of 136.7.
I am no longer using this application, I bought the subscription when I was in college, However I don't need it anymore.
I have no idea how come my money got deducted, I never asked for annual subscription. I would really appreciate a refund and a serious attention towards this matter.

I have contacted them 3 or 4 times regarding the subscription I didn't subscribe to for $99, and no one has contacted me back in regards to a refund.

I ended up not using it at all.
and when I was trying to call for a refund, I realized you guys debited 99.00 out of my account and I want my money refunded to my account before my account goes overdraft. Thank you.

I open this account way back in 23 it's been closed somehow it's beginning of the month like April May I believe it was or May or June they started taking payments out on my boyfriend's account and we did not authorize it so what I need is my money refunded back into my boyfriend's account and the check cashing fees where they got over drafted already sent papers of all this to you nothing has got resolved and nobody has contacted me back
