Conned customer

This place is a con-artist shop, they team up and promised you things that they know they will not keep. I leased a car three years ago.

I was going to returned the lease. Found out that the pervious GM is gone. Asked the current GM regarding the conversation I had with the pervious GM, myself, my co-signer, my husband and the sales rep Andre Anes bared witness to this conversation before I signed the lease agreement:

First time leasing a car, so this is all new to me. Was negotiating price of the lease.

Did not get the desired price I wanted. I was about to walk away when the GM promised me that once the term of the lease end I can just return the car and I will get a check for $3000 either to walk away or put down on a new car. I kept asking him, " so if I return the car you will cut me a check for $3000." He say. "YES!" as long as you don't get into an accident.

I told him I want it in writing. He say he can't, due to company polices. I was not the only one who confirmed what he say. My husband also asked him again.

If my wife returned the lease she will walk away with a $3000 check and she doesn't have to get a new car. The GM stated again "YES!" After the lease agreement was signed he than stated that, "once you enter the door, you don't leave here with nothing." Ya, now I know what he meant.

They will promised you anything to get you to signed the lease agreement because they know that they will never keep that promise. First experience as a lease owner and it will be my last experience as a Subaru customer!
