I had the pleasure of working with Hunter Phillips - Sales Consultant, Shawn Cotton - Finance Coordinator, and Robert Wilhelm - Sales Manager. Each of these gentlemen was great from beginning to end. Hunter answered all of my questions and was very easy to work with, Shawn was extremely pleasant and did an excellent job of explaining everything in regards to finance, and Robert provided VIP treatment from start to finish. I shopped around at numerous Ford dealerships before finally buying from Quirk Ford. Quirk offered me the best price by far on a new Platinum Ford Explorer and offered me the best trade-in value by far on my previous vehicle. They were also willing to work with me on accommodating all of the extra options that I wanted installed in my vehicle before taking delivery. I could not be happier with the service that I received from Quirk Ford. Next time I am in the market for a new vehicle, I'll just start here and avoid all the runaround that the other dealerships give.

Disgraceful Sales Tactics; Quirk Ford Lies to Customers

I have received quotes from several other dealerships and submitted an online inquiry to Quirk Ford to find out if they can offer a better deal. The following day, I heard back from Tusani Parague, Internet Consultant at Quirk Ford. I exchanged emails with him, letting him know what I am looking for in a vehicle and what the best offer was that they’d be competing against. He assured me that they could beat the competitor’s offer that I received and asked me to call him to discuss it in more detail. I called him to review the options I wanted. One of the options I wanted was dual headrest DVD players. Tusani informed me that they cannot have these installed, which I found strange considering every other dealership said it would not be a problem. However, he said that they would discount the car the cost of the DVD players so that I could have them installed on my own. We continued to review the rest of the options that I wanted and he said he would run everything by his manager and email me with the final price. After a while, Tusani sent me the final price by email. Not only did he NOT beat the competitor’s offer, but he also did NOT discount for the lack of DVD players as promised. Tusani Parague completely wasted my time and failed to deliver on multiple promises. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time dealing with Quirk Ford. They clearly don’t respect their customers, and like many politicians, will say anything just to get your business, then not live up to their word.

Awful, inexcusable

2 appointments for a recall, nothing has been done as this vehicle is on a recalll by ford for door on 2014 ford focus opening without cause.!!! Plenty of song and dances no actions. e amil the Serrvice manager called the service manager stilll nothing!!! keep away until this dealer cleans up it's act... Awful as i am a female, these person are unbearable so far...Still waiting for Ford or someone to do something... 2014 fors focus with door opening problem sound serious and is erious,being totally ignored!!!Thus a another lousy Quirk service dealer....Please anyone out there who has some legal clout,pleas eintervene on my behalf!!!!

I have bought cars from Quirk in the past. It's the first place I turned to lease a car for my daughter. They advertise in the Herald a price for a lease on a Ford Escape S. I didn't want anything else. $99 per mo with 1999 down. I wanted only what was advertised. I was paying all of the other expenses so I made it clear it was not to be wrapped up in the monthly payment. I was ready to sign UNTIL the dealer came back with a monthly payment 2x of that was advertised. $189 is a huge difference to the advertised price. I don't deal or haggle on an advertised price and I expect to pay that price. I quickly walked out and won't return. When a dealer advertises a price they MUST give that price. Their tactics were deceptive and in violation of GL c 93a.

S T A Y A W A Y!!! BAIT AND SWITCH!!!! These guys are the WORST! I dealt with MAT MORNINGSTAR, - finance & TOM SCHROEDER - sales. My $500 DEPOSIT was given for a CPO 2015 Ford 350 XLT Diesel Crew 4WD 19K miles Dk Green. Stock # F102013-* $37,999. My financing was approved. The day I called to schedule arrangements to pick up vehicle. I'm first told MY vehicle WAS SOLD to someone else!!!! WTF?? No apology provided, nor justifiable explanation ever was given. Now I'm TOLD the MANAGER of Quincy Quirk FORD SOLD MY F350 CPO TRUCK TO HIS FRIEND !!!!!(knew my vehicle was well equipped for the price making it a steal of a deal) The best part, to add insult to injury, as replacement, they offered to sell me a new 2015 leftover for $53,000 ($15,000 more than what I previously had agreed to pay for my CPO 2015 F350). Means it will cost me $15,000 more money for same/similarly equipped vehicle. I have a good mind to sue QUIRK for $15,000 as damages, is the difference for what it now is costing me to purchase and acquire a similarly/same equipped low mileage vehicle elsewhere BTW: NEVER DID RECEIVE A PHONE CALL OR LETTER OF APOLOGY, is indicative of how these guys perform SHADY back room deals, play games with their customers.

Quirk Ford... where do i begin.. Back in 2014 i bought an F-250, a few months later, i bought a ford focus.. both from Quirk Ford. Earlier this year (2015) the engine blew up.. a major fix which on average takes 2 weeks as long as it is actually being worked on. However, after two weeks had passed and i had still not recieved my truck or even been told when it will be finished a red flag went up.. so i called.. however when i called i was told that "Mike D" would give me a call back (which after days of waiting he never did). I kept calling each day and eventually twice a day only to be told that "Mike" was either "in a meeting", "In the Shop", or "busy". So after about 60 days of waiting for my truck to be fixed, i finally recieved it back.. only to have my 2013 Ford Focus break an axle seal (a one day repair at most or a couple day repair worst case scenario. So i called, scheduled an appointment to have my focus looked at.. brought it to quirk. a few days later i called since i had not heard anything, only to be told that they havent looked at it and they do not know when they will be looking at it.. yet i made an appointment to bring it there. While thinking that i was on the comical TV show "Punk'd" by MTV, i discovered that my truck (now "fixed" and working) has an oil leak because the oil pan was not assembled correctly (a gasket was left out from the assembly). Aggrevated because my 2013 ford Focus is in the shop and will obviously not be out any time soon because "they havent looked at it yet" and because i still hadnt recieved reimbursment for the rental vehicle i had to use.. i waited and after a long two weeks dealing with rude and very unexaptable behaviour from Quirk Ford employees.. i finally recieved my focus back. Brought the truck in so they could fix their mistake, and was given nasty attitude by "Mike D" and was told that even though i had an appointment it would be at least 2-3 hours before they could even look at it. needless to say i left, did not recieve my rental check, and am now driving a vehicle that leaks oil because Quirk Ford was too negligent to give quality service. I have also filed a formal complaint with the attorney genreal and Ford motor company. To sum up my review, i was forced to wait approximatly 60 days for a 2 week fix, forced to wait 2 weeks for a two hour fix, LIED to, treated like ***, never recieved reimbursment for the rental because "they lots the reciepts i gave them", and left with twp *** broken vehicles because Quirk Ford can not produce even fair quality work. Mike D and all associated employees in the service department are lying *** bags who just want your money and preform total ripoff work on your vehicles, stay far away from these *** bags.

Preferred solution: I want Mike D fired and all associated parties fired. i want t know what actually happened to my vehicles behind closed doors, i want full reimbursment for stress, the rental, and lost work due to not having a vehicle or any way to run my business.

It's amazing that Quirk is so big, unfortunate, but big with dealerships for many different lines of cars.

It's unfortunate because I don't know anyone that hasn't been screwed by Quirk; parents, friends, co-workers, siblings, neighbors and me.

When time came to buy a new car; two of the three cars I was interested in, the local dealership was Quirk. So I bought the third one.

I'd suggest to this guy that he have a good independent shop fix his cars and try to work out warranty reimbursement with the factory.

Remember it's your life and the lives of your family that could pay for Quirks F_U_'s.

Quirk Ford

I called Quirk Ford about their website advertisement. Told them I needed a package put together for purchasing the vehicle they had listed on their website, Ford Focus for 13,995. I waited two hours for the sales manager to get back with me, he did not. I called back was transfered to the salesmanger who said he would call me back. He had someone else call me ask me what I wanted which I had already explained to the sales manager so I complained about it. He told me I was never going to get a price at that price, even though I have the web screenshot showing the price, then he began to cuss at me. I have never been treated so badly especially trying to spend this much money.
