Went to lease a Chevy 1500 LT about two months ago. After advertising that they were leading this truck at $270/mo., the salesman came back saying it would be around $500/mo and he was offering us $4k less for our trade than the trade in blue book value. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO BANKS. I emailed Quirks Facebook and no one replied. Hopefully you don't get Quirked around like I did!

Called to get an internet quote on one of their vehicles. Waited all day and finally got an email later in the day for the deal that I was looking for. Of course, when I called to "seal the deal", the cars were gone, they couldn't get me into that car for the price that they PUT IN WRITING!! Wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them- The old bait and switch which is really what I didn't want. I wanted to make sure that I didn't spend all day in the dealership, and thought once I got it in writing, then I was good to go. Somehow, even that is honored at this dealership.
