AI insights based on reviews

Overall sentiment is negative with low satisfaction due to poor customer service, high price levels, and unmet advertised discounts and special offers; recent Quirk Chevrolet reviews describe bait-and-switch pricing and slow responses.

Positive Feedback

Some shoppers still find vehicles of interest, but praise is limited and not tied to pricing or service.

Negative Feedback / Risk Areas

Quirk Chevrolet Auto Leasing Review

AI Highlights
  • - Promised a $270/mo Chevy 1500 LT lease, but quote was about $500/mo.
  • - Trade-in offered ~$4k below blue book value; no reply to Facebook.

Went to lease a Chevy 1500 LT about two months ago. After advertising that they were leading this truck at $270/mo., the salesman came back saying it would be around $500/mo and he was offering us $4k less for our trade than the trade in blue book value.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO BANKS.

I emailed Quirks Facebook and no one replied. Hopefully you don't get Quirked around like I did!

Quirk Chevrolet Dishonest as the day is long

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - Called for an online quote and waited all day for written terms.
  • - When sealing, the car was gone and the price wasn't honored; bait-and-switch.

Called to get an internet quote on one of their vehicles. Waited all day and finally got an email later in the day for the deal that I was looking for.

Of course, when I called to "seal the deal", the cars were gone, they couldn't get me into that car for the price that they PUT IN WRITING!! Wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them- The old bait and switch which is really what I didn't want. I wanted to make sure that I didn't spend all day in the dealership, and thought once I got it in writing, then I was good to go.

Somehow, even that is honored at this dealership.

Cons:
  • Dishonesty
Reason of review:
Are you kidding, bait and switch, not honoring pricing
