Toothbrush has stopped
Called this number and was told I am outside of the calling area. Don't get it at all. My brush stopped operating, and I need to talk with someone about it.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Demanded reimbursement for something I originally canceled.
After a lot of demanding they complied ask them to no longer send me anything or any information still receiving emails.
I guess they don’t understand. Do not send me anything.
I canceled. They took my money anyway.
I want my money back. This company is crap, and so are their products.

Cause the water flosser quite working
When I first got the water flosser it worked great but I cleaned it out a few times now it dont work I have charged and cleaned it a few extra times and it still isnt working but I do have the battery operated tooth brush and i extremely love it I would like to know if there is another way I might be able to get it to work

Waterpick flosser not working

I had bought a water flosser and really liked it and then it had quit working I had tan hit water and vinegar in it a few times and shook it and it still dont work so I charged it also thinking maybe that would would work but that still didnt work. I want to cancel my subscription
I was billed for my toothbrush, and I didnt receive it, and I want to cancel my subscription and Ive never had this where I could not speak to someone over the phone. This is absolutely ridiculous Service lousy.

Also , the reason i canceled my subscription is because after a few weeks of use the on off button on the toothbrush is very difficult to turn on & then off then stops working at all. I believe the design is faulty. I been using for years & love but then the button works inconsistently
