Warranty
I been contacting quinny since 3rd of August to fix the handle of my Buzz Xtra I have lifetime warranty, is been more than 3 or 5 days and I have not received any response. I been suffering while waiting because my child can't walk long distances. I need the pushchair to be fixed as soon as possible.

Bonjour,
Ma poussette quinny a été acheter en 2018 elle a déjà subi 2 réparations par vos service pour le.meme problème. Le système du déblocage du manche et défectueux et voilà que maintenant j'ai aussi le même problème. J'ai contacter le magasin iu je les acheter mais elle n'est plus en garanti mais je me demande comme c est la 3 ème fois que survient le problème est ce que quinny ne ferais pas un geste commerciale.
