i bought a new rotary compressor and wanted to take advantage of the "True Blue" warranty which means that a Quincy tech needs to do the first startup on the machine. Me, fine...
send someone right away because my old compressor isn't keeping up with my air demands and it's stalling my business. Them, well you need an account first. Me, fine... send me the application.
I fill it out and send it back and get a response that "we can't offer a credit line because the app was incomplete".
Me, no it wasn't, I filled it out completely and I don't need a credit line anyways, I'll pay by check or credit card... I just need this thing running.
Them, we can't help you without an account.
So after going back and forth with the customer service, the service dept, the general manager, and Quincy corporate I still have a compressor that I can't use unless I want to forfeit the warranty.
They may offer a great product but they sure don't want you to use it! They'll kindly take your money up front for it though...

I bought a quincy compressor with free shipping . The free shipping turned into 85.00 for the rig to unload the compressor at my place .
I didn't know anything about unloading charges til i was informed by Conway trucking .
They acted like i ordered the compressor from them and acted like arrogant *** about it too .You pay or you wont get your compressor.
