Free download cost me 5 dollars and i want to know why.
The download was advertised "Free". But when I ordered it cost me $5.30.
That's not a lot. However, it is not right. And I never got any response from customer service.
If you cannot have someone in the k now pick up a phone and make a call to explain, then my disappointment is great. I have been a loyal customer since Quilting,Arts began.
It doesn't feel very good now. My phone #828-564-****.

I have tried repeatedly to cancel the spam emails they are sending me and nothing works. NEVER sign up with this company you will never be able to shut them down. AND there is nothing of value in it
No way to cancel their emails, no information in them of value to me and I have repeatedly contacted the parent company, used the unsubscribe and even blocked the companys emails to no affect.

Trying to fix my subscription issue. They want me to pay money to talk to someone to fix the issue. I love the magazine, but there customer service is horrendous.
I had to chat online about my issue and then they wanted a charge card to fix the problem. I got out of the page and started all over again and the told them I wanted to fix the problem without giving a charge card.
I paid to renew my subscription and they are now sending me two magazines of the same issue. Now the renewal would give me more issues and now I will be shorted the quantity.
