Unable to get credit for item not received
I have been trying for the past four months to get a credit for an item I ordered but did not receive. I have emailed proof that I did not receive the item, but they have now turned me over to a collection agency. I have been a customer for 40 years, and now I will not do business with them ever again.

Customer service problem
I can get in contact with anyone that can explain what's really going on with my account. Please contact me back because every time I call the customer service they tell me they cant explain I have to wait for someone to call or a email. I got 3 different answers from 3 different agents it's crazy.
Preferred solution: I'm having a problem with my account. And I can't get anyone to help me.

I can’t get through to anyone
I can never get through to them but they continue to email me when my questions go unanswered. Not cool at all

Not able to use Quill App
Good evening sir I'm not able to use the quill app and the reason behind that is recently I lost my phone and I purchase the new one and in that I have installed the quill app and when I am trying to log in the app it is showing that you are already logged in the other device. So how I am able to access it. Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

Order Never Delivered

I tried to return an order that I placed less than an hour ago and was told that the item was released.
Ordered a shredder and tried to cancel but was told that the order was released and there was nothing that could be done.

HORRENDOUS!!
Quill used to be a good company. used to have great customer service.
Their customer service has become non-existent. Impossible to resolve an issue with them.

Order not confirmed or delivered
Two weeks ago,on a Saturday night, I ordered another 5 pack of Paper Mate erasable ink pens,black ink. To date I have not received the order.That was the only order that night.The Mastercard used ends in 9212.

Incompetent company
Another botched request to get refund owed me. I am so disgusted with ineptness there that I try to tell everyone I know now never to use this company.
Youd think customer service and management would get more on the ball for as many calls and emails that weve been through. Ironically, it was company that reached out to me initially - seems like a cruel tease now for the hours Ive spent with nothing to show for it!

No problem. Just needed to cancel an order for the quill automatic discount that was $75 this year. Done without problem I think.
NOT WORTH IT ANYMORE-- HUGE PRICE INCREASES, WORSENING QUALITY.
I am on week 2 of swapping proofs with these blind *** who cannot read and that's 100 characters.

I ordered Clorox wipes -- they leaked all over the cardboard box.
I ordered zip-loc sandwich bags -- crushed and open on all sides.
I ordered Twinings English Breakfast tea pods -- the box is crushed.
I ordered Cheez-it pouches for my grandkids back to school -- that box too is CRUSHED -- WHY?

Resolved: Quill - Visa Checkout worst service ever!!!
Tried to use Visa Checkout to save $20 on Quill order........problem right from start when entering information....entered and it would ask again for same info. Then when I tried to use after finally getting a confirmation that it went through....stated missing info and to sign back in and correct but would not let me sign back in...stating password incorrect...reset.
Tried to call customer service.....phone number on Quill wrong and rep could not help what so ever. Tried to find online but you had to sign in and it would not work??? Then account lock for trying to reset over and over. Sent email to customer service and got generic response.
Took full day to get response of which they stated my email did not match what was on account so they could not help me. DO NOT USE......NOT WORTH HASSLE.!!!!
