Order was never received

I placed my order # 999652 on January 9th and was supposed to be received next day. The order was never received and no information is being provided. Multiple emails and phone calls were made to the phone number we have available for quikship toner, but we never have an answer.

We need to have an update !!!

Defective Product No Customer Service

Quick Ship Toner sent me two toner cartridges. One lasted for 20% of its expected life and when installing the second cartridge it dumped toner all over the inside of my printer when my professional copy service technician installed it.

Quick ship says too bad and refused to address the issue. I disputed the original charge to my credit card and was denied credit because Quick Ship says technically it is out of the warranty period by a few days.

This outfit couldn't care less about its customers and is unwilling to stand behind its products. If you buy from Quick Ship Toner you are on your own with no recourse if you receive defective product.
