I never got to talk to anybody and they never told me how much it was
I followed all of the prompts and filled in all the information and then I was told I would get to talk to somebody

Broken the first time canopy
First time putting up canopy and one of the flimsy arms break. Very disappointed in the quality of this.

Broken out of box. Cant return to store.
Tag on it says dont return to store. I didn't notice when I bought it.
Took it out of the box.
And one of the plastic peices is broke in half. Now I'm playing the game with the company trying to get a refund or replacment or anything.

Quik Shade canopy, poor construction and collapsed
The Quik Shade, 10x10 or 12x12 canopy is of poor quality and construction, after 3 days the cheap aluminum cracked, split, and collapsed in a twisted pretzel. Light ocean breezes destroyed this product fresh out of the box.
In contacting the distributor (Bravo Sports), they said there was nothing they could do. I would recommend not having anything to do with the Quik Shade company or and especially this product!
I wish I had done better research online before my purchase, now in I've discovered others with the same complaint. My next email will be to the Better Business Bureau -

If you are lucky enough for your frame to last, good luck with the canopy. The canopy is very light weight and when (not if) it rips, good luck finding a replacement.
You're better off just purchasing a whole new system instead of trying to be environmentally friendly and reuse the frame.
They have a horrible website and don't even offer the replacement canopy on it.
