For been unprofessional
They are not coming out to explain that they have issues, and people are showing up at the store. I called to talk to them, and the lady ended up hanging up the phone when I said, 'You should say something to the others.
They've been unprofessional because it shows they open at 10. They have technical difficulties but are not making a sign explaining that to anyone who shows up.

Status of my account
I've been calling the Birmingham store on 1st Avenue to check when my payment is due. However, I'm not getting a response, just put on hold for minutes at a time.
I'm not trying to lose any of my stuff.
I used to get a text when payments were due, but I haven't gotten any. And when I try to call, I'm put on hold.
Preferred solution: My lawn mower and MacBook laptop

And she trying to make me purchase my tools I brought in 2 bags individually and that's basically charging me more money when I pawn before and never had that issue ridiculous
Kim at pelham location has lied to me about picking my tool she gave me till September 1 then changed to 4th then call again and she changed the date and also I gave 2 bags of tools and drill and impact she loaned 135

Complaints with store
The 1st Avenue North Eastlak area locatio really really really needs to answer They never answer the phone for your customers, or if you do, don't pick it up and then place in down on the counter, and I can hear you. Not once has this happened but Several times.
I had to end up calling the Hoover location just to check on a pawn loan. Brandon is so nice but the tall, older black guys is the one who will say Thank you for call Quik pawn hild please, and you wait, and , wait, and wait, and wait, and he never comes back to the phone.
He got angry when we went to the store, and asked, who answered the phone, and put it down , he replied you gon get someone in trouble, I replied no you going to get yourselves in trouble I'm speaking my truth. Go to another location Go
