Have suffered Tinnitus since age 15, purchased in good faith, used as directed for their 60 day period, no improvements. Tried to obtain refund of remaining products, no luck. Back and forth emails went nowhere; purchased in June, 2022, still no resolve. Beginning to think I may have purchased modern day SNAKE OIL.
