Poor customer support; overcharged; charged before shipping; shipping delay

I foolishly ordered the QuietOn product, based on what I read on their website. Although the website stated they process orders within 1-3 business days, five business days later, I received a reply saying they 'aim to ship soon.' I was charged for the item the moment I completed the transaction, but this shouldn't happen until the product ships.

I was also overcharged in GBP, whereas the website clearly offers the product for less in USD. Even if the product is good (which I may never know), the experience as a customer has been a disaster.

No one is returning my email for a FED EX return label. I have emailed 4x since last week. I was informed I have only 14 days to return following my request to return the product yet they have not responded to my request for a FED EX return label
