Order # SO79656 for Explorer 1000 headlight
- - Order SO79656 for model KA97200 placed Sept 10, 2025.
- - Package arrived with missing mounting bracket parts; customer service is unresponsive.
I placed my order (order number SO79656) for model # KA97200 on September 10, 2025. The order arrived about a week ago when I opened the package and I went to install the headlight onto the quiet bike I have I was unable to install it because parts of the mounting bracket were missing from the package Ive called Ive texted and the only thing I get is robot voicemails.
Can someone please respond to me and let me know what I can and should do. I am providing my cell number and my email address Ive done that before and no ones responding.
Ive placed phone calls have been put on hold for 25 to 30 minutes only to have somebody pick up the phone and hang up on me. Im really shocked the customer service a quiet is acting in this manner.
