Freaking horrible trying to talk to a human with this company. Don't use...

Don't use... they use robots.

QuickBooks kept trying to pull money from my business savings account. I called and actually spoke to a representative in regard to this last year, and he told me that I didn't see or know what it was.

All he could see was my monthly subscription charge. Fast forward to this year; they tried drafting my business savings again and caused me to get return fee charges, but they can't tell me what or why they are pulling from the account.

what are you scared of ? you make it so hard to talk to someone. why would i consider having an account with you if you treat people like this

Had to enter my new cellphone number in order to log in. Had to go through the verification procedure.

All was accepted, but the new cellphone number was not updated. Can't open my QuickBooks. It's a disaster!

I hate QB online. Want to go back to my old QB!

I can't select Customer in Invoice and cannot select Supplier in Bill.

Check Customer and Supplier listing, all records are there.

then a page came up to write a review. nothing but a waste of time and only increased my distain for this company.

My law firm uses QuickBooks for accounting and payroll and usually for our personal taxes (TurboTax). This year I could not pay anyone to do my taxes.

Phone wait time is long and when they call back it does not connect. I had an appointment on Saturday at 8:45 a.m. (not convenient), which was the only appointment available for days.

TurboTax cancelled today. What is going on?

Wrong payment. Can you refund?

Many same credit card or can you call?

We want to cancel our account. Can you help us?

The chat line is not helpful - trying to reach a live person in support is next to impossible. I've wasted so much time on this and am very frustrated.

Finally, today I reached a live agent who was patient, helpful, and informative. It took an hour; however, at least my issue has been resolved. I recommend you make the 'memorized transaction' list more user-friendly.

There is no way to edit the amount, as there is no place to type it in. Your product is expensive, and I trust my feedback and recommendation are noted for future customers.

Can't access my program, I don't use the internet or payroll. Had for 20 yrs, closed business last yr, never got online, never did taxes or payroll.

Need some customers and suppliers' names and phone numbers, I never got anything from Intuit, or used them, and they never did anything for me. Also did my own taxes. Now they want $2000 to give me access.

Scam ripoff, something ain't right, and I don't know what to do. Do not deal with this company.

It's very un-user-friendly to reach a live support agent. The 'Memorized Transaction' under Lists needs to be addressed.

Money was transferred to QuickBooks, and I have no bank account there. How can I get my money, please?

I've been trying to login to QuickBooks Online. The process provides a circular set of instructions which leads to an infinite loop without a solution. So much for technology!

I am on the phone for the fourth time this week without a solution in site.
