I placed an order 7 days ago for $130. My card was charged, I never got an order confirmation, and since I checked out as a guest, I dont have an account. I emailed them under contact us and received nothing. When I call, no one answers. I going to have to dispute the charge bc at this point, Im thinking I will never receive the order.

Good morning, This is another follow up to my email. Mr. Bretting confirmed that he received his correct order yesterday evening. But I, unfortunately received his order and have a copy of the invoice and package that was sent to my address. I really would like to know who can assist me in receiving my correct order. I wanted to reach out to you to advise that I received someone elses order. I noticed that my order was incorrect. I received an order for James Bretting, 1127 Thistlemeade Drive, Houston, TX 77094 (order # 48964). I will await your response.

Complaint about manager

The manger at the Alpharetta store is very rude. She has driven away a potential customer ( a friend) because of her attitude. When I arrived to the center this morning, she was behind the counter and didnt acknowledge me. I said Good morning and she snapped at me and said. I TOzlD you good morning. I am busy right now. I was the only customer. The center is constantly low on product and done are taking weeks to get in She also talks disparingly about other employees.
