First Experience Was Fine, Second Was Not
I sent in a laptop that was quoted to be $5.00 and received the check no issues. So I decided to use their service again for another old laptop.
I was quoted $20.00 but never received a check. When I tried to email customer service, all I was told was that it would be too much money to issue a stop check, so they just weren't going to pay me for the laptop at all.
They stopped replying after a few emails, and while it was only $20.00, I don't think I'd use them again. Their customer service is terrible.

Beware of crooks
This company does pull the bait and switch and due to the terms you agree to, you have no way of acting on their business tactics. They give you a fair offer and then low ball it once inspected.
In my case the 50 dollar laptop (which works) was worth 6bucks once they got it. I asked them to mail it back and they wanted 35 dollars to return my property.
They wouldn't take a prepaid label I offered to send them either. I would recommend donating your items to a worthy cause or have fun smashing your item into a million pieces before giving this company your property.
Quick Laptop Cash Stole my computer
I went to the website and entered all my laptop's information including that the battery was gone. I sent them a WORKING computer, charger, and cord.
I was then contacted telling me that it was older than what they buy, the plastic was worn (not damaged), the charger and cord were missing (they were included when I sent it), the keyboard was destroyed by a spill, and the motherboard was useless. Not only was it working when I sent it, I had taken it to a laptop diagnostics only the week before and it was fine with the exception of the battery. They then refused to pay anything and also refused to return it without a $37 fee. They had this for days on a work desk and I have no way of knowing who spilled what where while it was in their hands.
When I complain they jump from one reason to another: it was first too old, yet they had me send it anyway, then it was the supposedly missing cord/charger which I had sent with it, then it was the supposed spill damage that devalued it, then it looked old from the plastic wear....really??? It was 4 years old, of course it has plastic wear. They claim cash for laptops and when I looked for reviews, I only got the good ones posted and probably written by the company itself. They are NOT an honorable company and have no compunctions about stealing people's computers.
Bait and switch comes to mind.

I had the same issue. I told them it has bad battery and bad charger and they gave me a quota but a week later they sent me an email and we can only recycle it for you!
They obviously stole it! Anyone wants to work with them should be aware that they are a scam.
Yes, same thing here. Only a bad battery and he comes back with list of supposed problems and offering less than 1/5 of original offer.
Wants 35 to send it back to me but will pay me less than that!!
Rip Off!! I should have known better.
We had the same experience lied and cheated yes out of $25. Don't do business with them!
I also sold my laptop to them but had a great experience. Could it be possible you just entered the wrong model number when getting your quote?
