I took my honda crv to your branch in Portishead BS20 7HW, and explained what my car needed, I was told they would have to mot it, even thoe I had had it mot'ed by another garage, so that they could give me an quote on what it will need to pass an mot, I then had to wait another couple of days, for their welder to look at it so that they could give me an accurate quote, on the Wednesday morning, I was told it would cost £640,and that they had sorted my breaks, then at 5pm, I got a call saying that it will cost a lot more than they at 1st thought and my breaks are not working again, so I said I an not paying any more, so i will pick the car up.

When I picked the car up I was charged £77, and found that the body trims for the car had been left off, and thrown in the back of the car
