I failed to read all the fine print, I assume. As I thought I was getting a 'free trial' just paying postage.

Something that was suppose to make me look younger in 2 weeks. Well not so, on that and on the 'postage' was way over any postage I have ever seen, and I was charged a separate postage fee for each of the products (but they were all sent in one small box) in the line of QuGeix RX. When I called them to try and find out what happened and how could I get my money back on the subsequent auto shipment and the full price of each of the 3 products, I was told (not very nicely) we don't accept returns nor do they give refunds. Then I called my credit card company and found out there were more charges...

more than the first ones. I had to cancel my credit card for fear of more auto charges even though they said I was canceled.

I spoke with 2 different 'customer service specialists' and both were rude and not customer friendly at all. I have worked retail for 20 years and I would never have been allowed to speak to customers the way they spoke to me.

I ordered a sample for $4.95 of their skin cream. They sent me 4 full sized products and charged me $391.00.

I tried to return them and get my card credited for amount. They refuse. I never opened products. This is a scam.

This is what they sent 2 QuGenix RX antiaging face cream 2 QuGenix RX antiaging eye serum If you go to their website they still offer the trial sample for $4.95 I would like a refund for products I did not order.

This has been going on for months. Now they say it is too late.

I agreed to the "free" trial - but apparently in the small print (which I have yet to actually be able to find) they considered that a commitment to send me products and charge me outrageous fees every month now. My credit card company has been notified, I've filed a formal complaint for a refund, and this company has been blocked from charging anything else to my account.

Oh...and the product completely sucks.

This company is the most dishonest, deceitful organization, and their customer service jerks are the most disrespectful and hateful people. Don't ever agree to anything AT ALL for any reason from this shameful company.

After signing up for a trial offer and paying 4.95 for shipping, they deducted money now 184.37 out of my account. According to the call center employee Juan (In California) He claimed that I was supposed to call the company and cancel or I would be charged full price.

Now how is that a free trial.He was argumentative and offered different amounts returned starting at 35 percent than going to 75 percent. My response was 100 percent or I contact the FTC and Drug and Food Admin. Waiting to see if the money is returned.

Have a strong feeling that it will not...This company is a scam no doubt. Please follow through and report these guys.

On Facebook, I ordered what I thought was a trial offer of eye serum. When I was checking out I was offered face cream and vitamin C serum.

There was no way to remove these two items from my order. There was no reference on Facebook to the terms of sale or this transaction being an enrollment in an automatic delivery program. I received a second unexpected shipment this week and called to cancel. I cannot find information on the site about a return and refund policy.

I used the trial products and saw no visible difference I my skin. Very disappointing experience!!
