Horrible horrible experience with 36th St. Queens, NY location.
I called to follow up on my same day order to ask why delivery was late and after business hours. I was met with hostility, short temperament and a "Mary" staff member that actually hung up th phone on me after telling me," we're talking about flowers here! I just work here.
We're closing." And hung up on me.
I'm flabbergasted that this poor level of service still exists in the USA in 2016.
