Queens Auto Mall Auto Loan Review

They are crooks. They tax the car after they sneak all their fees in just to get a bigger loan from the bank. So if your car cost 13000, they end up getting a 17000 loan. If the taxes to ,13000 (8.25) is a 1000, thet stealing 3000. Dont sign no contract under you read. They will rob you. Trust dont buy a car herr

PISSED CUSTOMER

Okay let me start by saying this and I will repeat it again, DO NOT GO HERE!!! all of the good reviews are done by their employees or their friends. This dealer is a total scam, they'll act nice and cordial but in reality all they want you to do is purchase a car for a high price with check engine lights ( which they actually turn off before you purchase the vehicle) their cars are either floated or have engine problems. READ THE REVIEWS AND COMPLAINTS ONLINE!!!! PLEASE pay attention to the complaints people put on these sites they're real and can save you time, money and your actual sake. Go online and check an article about this dealers license almost being revoked because they sell auction cars for high prices and a whole bunch of fees including a 500$ auction fee which is ILLEGAL. Do your research STORY (READ below) My husband was approved for a loan with road loans and this dealer was listed by the loan bank since it was near our home, since we had little to no experience with purchasing cars we believed everything they told us. Well we gave a few deposits and our sales man who's name is EDUARDO told us that if by any chance we didn't want to proceed with the sale WE COULD GET OUR MONEY BACK, we didn't sign any papers from the bank, only a pink slip that stated the deposit amount, this deposit as told by eduardo and the manager was to hold the car and the deal the bank had offered my husband. A few days later my husband called eduardo because he wanted to make sure the car was running good so he was going to take our mechanic to test drive the car, and every time for about a whole week when we would call and ask to test drive the car it was something different, a different excuse, a different story ITS IN THE SHOP OR ITS BEING WASHED OR ITS LOCKED IN THE LOT, OR BY TOMORROW ILL CALL YOU WHICH NEVER HAPPENED!!!! so then my husband proceeds to go to the dealer and as we are on our way EDUARDO calls my husband to tell him to give him a day or two and he could come test drive the car but my husband cut him off by telling him he was on his way to the dealer to speak to the manager and by our surprise the BMW 5 series was outside the dealer and as we approach the car eduardo comes out the dealer and my husband tells him he wasn't confident and didn't want to go trough with the deal and so my husband explained that he had a bad feeling about the car and eduardo didn't even say a word, my husband told him he would like his money back as he stated he was able to do from day one and eduardo proceeded to walk inside his boss office, as we sit down, his piece of *** of a manager ( sorry for the language) tries to talk my husband into buying the car and tells him that the reason why they took so long was because the BMW had a CHECK ENGINE LIGHT and it needed a new piece ( YOU REALLY BELIEVE WE WERE GOING TO PURCHASE A CAR THAT WAS GOING TO COST US 17,000$ AFTER TELLING US THAT?) well after my husband tells him that he didn't want the deal and that he wanted his money back he tells my husband WE DON'T DO REFUNDS!! after he and EDUARDO had told us plenty of times we were able to get our money back. At that moment I had enough and told him about all the horrible reviews QUEENS AUTO MALL HAS ALL OVER THE INTERNET and that if we didnt get our money back I would contact the police I then took my cellphone out and called the police, in the process of me dialing the manager suddenly asked us to wait a minute and went up to speak to the main SCAMER who know will ever see unless there is some sort of issue going on inside the dealer, a few minutes later after hearing my big mouth the manager came down with a capital one check and my husband asked the big boss why couldnt he get his money cash like he paid and this were his exact words I AM GIVING YOU YOUR *** MONEY BACK SO YOU CAN GET THE *** OUT OF HERE. We were chocked by the awfulness we had to go through with QUEENS AUTO MALL and I wouldnt recomment this place to my worse enemy, we are not the kind of people to make shows in public places but something had to be done and as I told the manager I would make sure people know what goes on in this place!!!!!!!! which is allowed those *** to f

today I was about to go and buy a car at this dealership since the price was attractive.. before going, I decided to google review about this dealership..

change of plans I would not go to have my day ruined by crooks. I prefer to pay a little more than having to deal with scammer.

sad, crooks are allowed to run business and affect the hard earned money from potential customers. It is sad but I rather find another dealer to take my business elsewhere

Guest

If that was me I will make a police report then call BBB on them then call the IRS and have there license to sale revoked. Then would stand outside with signs with a video recorder just in case they get ***.

I WOULD MAKE SOME FLYERS AND PUT THEM ALL AROUND TOWN EXPLAINING WHAT THEY DO THERE. yes

Good commentary . Coincidentally , if anyone needs a SBA 1624 , my assistant filled out a template document here http://goo.gl/aKqRVh

Guest

I agree with the snotty attitude like you owe them something. The cars are supposed to auctioned off but you get told you name your price and it's then negotiated into a finance price.

Bull ***. I came with cash to buy a car. The manager disrespected my mother being pushy and talking very nasty to her. He was second from getting beat up..

this place a scam...

just look at how they respond by saying they got a car and was happy. Get a real job once this place close.

Guest

you look like you are frustrated with that guy[ Eduardo],you only say hes name.,MAYBE YOU LIKE HIM...or maybe him remember you something from you past...

Guest

i think you are CRAZY and as the manager said to you get the *** out of

here there is a reason i bought already 2 cars from there and i didn't even have a problem anyway you suck !!!!

Guest

I was thinking visit this location to buy a car,but after all those very bad feedback l really change my mint.

Over charged and employer/manager hide my locked in price certificate from Truecar

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
These are a bunch of *** artists. i went in with a pre approved loan and a locked in price certificate from truecar. i was told i must finance with them to get the advertised price. they do not accept MCU pre-approved loan because this is like buying the car cash. I paid $16,227.00 before tax and tag for a car that was advertised for $13,480.00. My final bill was $19,344.96. I went back with my son after complaining to truecar. They took my certificate and hid it. stating i never gave it to them. The manager gave me a check to make my first payment after the ***. I reported them to Trucar and MCU. The manager had the nerve to tell me he did not put a gun to my head for me to purchase the car. Why did i come all the way from the bronx to make a purchase? i should have gone to teddy Nissan. My son told him stop talking to my mother like that. The car i wanted was not avilable when i got there, even though i call before arriving there and was told the car is in stock. This car was advertised for the same price with much less milage. This was such a bad experience for me. i would not advise any one to do business at Queens Auto Mall.

***please read***

The bottom line with Queens Auto Mall is they sell defective cars that fall apart shortly after leaving the lot if not during the test drive. The employees are rude, and do not care about their customers. They break several laws and get away with it becasue they do no provide work orders, double talk, work together with a corupt auto shop "Champion Auto", and have relationships with local inspectors. Do not purchase from this dealership They are a detriment to our community and to out of state buyers. In 2009 the Department of Consumer Affairs were working on revoking their licence do to their fraudulent activity. Do your research and dont only complain on this forum... Report your complaints to: The Department of Consumer Affairs The Attorney General Office The Albany DMV Federal Trade Commission (and there are more.....) The reason they are still in business is because many people give up out of frustration. Dont let this company continue to rob hard working individuals. Its not fair...and it has to stop

GO AND FIND OUT FOR YOURSELF !!! THATS ALL I CAN SAY

I HAD NO INTENTION OF MAKING AN ON THE SPOT PURCHASE WHEN I WALKED IN. I WAS APPROACHED BY MY SALESMAN RAY AND HE WALKED ME AROUND AND FOUND THE CAR I HAD SEEN ONLINE. IT WAS IN GOOD CONDITION AND HE ALSO SHOWED ME OTHER CARS WITHIN THE PRICE. THIS GUY WAS TRULY AMAZING AND WELL SPOKEN ON HOW HE WORKED OUT THE NUMBERS AND EXACTLY WHAT I WAS PAYING FOR. I MADE A PURCHASE ON THE SPOT AND HE EVEN HELPED ME WITH MY INSURANCE AND SET UP LOW MONTHLY PAYMENTS FOR A SMALL BALANCE. A+++++++ SERVICE!!!!!!

Queens Auto Mall - Defective Audi Review from Camden, New Jersey

I just purchased an Audi. Worst mistake ever going to this dealer. First car was not operational, half way to my house the car was throwing black smoke you couldn't see what was behind you. 2nd car was an unwanted vehicle. They wanted me to take a car I was not happy with. Then They promise to fix the car on several occasions. I drop the car off several time the car was still not working. They stay with the car for one week and it was not fix. The car still throwing Black smoke, it shut off by it sells when you drive more than 60mph. I have calls on several occasions to get the car fix. They ignore my calls. Don't buy cars here. They are liars and they sell mess up cars.

Do Not Buy A Car From This Dealer - Please Read

My husband and I live in Hoboken, NJ and do not need a car for everyday use. We decided to look into buying a used car when we found out we were expecting out first child in March 2013. We found a beautiful BMW X5 advertised for sale at Queens Auto Mall and decided to check it out. Looking back on it we should not have finalized this sale but we were young and new at this process and we let ignorance get the better of us. When we first arrived to Queens we met with our salesman, Dean. Dean showed us the X5 and told us that to his knowledge it did not have any problems and that the car was in good working condition. My husband asked to test drive the car and he said that because it was an auction house we would not be able to test drive it. We were also asked to pay a $500.00 auction fee (that we've now learned is ILLEGAL) and were told we could not take the car home the day we purchased it because Isaac, the manager said and I quote "I do not want to put your pregnant wife in a car until it has been inspected, deemed safe and in full working order." One week later we picked up our car and slowly the car began to fall apart. We placed over a dozen calls to Queens Auto Mall leaving our name, contact numbers and reasons for calling. We were then informed a manager would return the call, however, we never received a call back. My husband and I were giving thought to consulting with legal counsel when Andy, owner and manager started to get involved. Andy appeared to be helpful and claimed he would resolve the matter by trading us into a working car. We made another trip to Queens Auto Mall to test drive a second car only to find it had mechanical issues as well. We were then told that they would contact us the following week with a suitable trade. It's now been two weeks and communication from Queens Auto Mall has ceased. The following details a list of the things wrong with our vehicle: 1. The radiator and hoses all had to be replaced. 2. The driver?s side window and back right window do not roll up or down. 3. The check engine light is on and the car failed the emissions test - we've taken it to Queens to be fixed twice for this. 4. We've now noticed that the tread on both of the rear tires are wearing unevenly and we have been informed that it would not be possible to have the tires aligned without having the alignment bolts soldered off, due to excessive rust and neglect. 5. Leak in the windshield washer fluid reservoir. 6. The car will not lock or unlock from the inside or outside of the vehicle 7. The radio will not turn on. In addition to all of this please note that Queens Auto Mall attempted to coerce us into writing a 5 star review on cars.com prior to the initial pick up of our vehicle. We are now pursuing legal action due to that fact that Queens Auto Mall has ceased communications us with and failed to resolve any of the before mentioned issues. We would advise anyone considering Queens Auto Mall NOT to purchase a vehicle from this dealer.
