Poor layout and confusing structure. Brought wrong tickets in error
Made a mistake buying tickets for a Diesel Gala on the East lancs Purley because the website is unclear as to what you are buying. Clearly they should just do concerts and not heritage railways

My phone broke and I lost my emails. I therefore haven't got my e-tickets for the event I've paid for on Thursday, 29th May at the Plaza in Stockport.
