Quatloos.com, Jay Adkisson cheating clients, takes your money

Quatloos.com aka jay adkisson and chris riser took my money and put me and my family's property into a trust that now he says he owns. I found out that the company he put my house and bank account into is now owned by his business partners and himself.

They tell you that you are saving your house and bank account from creditors but really you end up giving all your property to him. I am trying now to get it back but he wants more money from me.

Looking up this website now has made me lose my property.

Yes, Jay Adkisson and Chris Riser are well-known *** men and cheats. They steal from their clients on a regular basis. Additoinally, they slam all of their competitor's techniques in preference to theirs so customers will come running scared away from their advisors and fall into their arms so they can swoop in and steal from their prey.

Quatloos is hardly an anti-scam site. It's an arene to bash and abuse the little guy. Read some of the obnoxious answers from the so-called "moderators" to the legitimate questions.

They made it very clear that they are a small firm and don't accept that many clients in a year, but the good thing is that you actually get Riser or Adkisson and are not farmed out to some flunky associate or handed off to somebody who doesn't know what they are doing. IF you can get to be one of their clients.

Jay Adkisson runs Quatloos.com which is a well-known anti-scam and anti-fraud website. He has also been an expert witness to the U.S.

Senate Finance Committee regarding scams and scammers.

Because of that, scam artists post all sorts of bogus comments on boards like these about Jay and his law firm. The complaints are totally unwarranted; contact the Bar Association to see if any client complaints have actually been filed.

Thank you for your posting. I was just getting interested in doing this kind of planning and now I am going to be extra careful not to deal with some out of town internet oriented group with so much marketing. I prefer to talk to people face to face and get a comfortable feeling before spending any money or time.
