Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Vendor came and filled up our oil tank
Company only deliveries based on what they believe your usage has been. Of course your usage is based upon the weather.
Colder == using more gas to heat your home. Currently on a Saturday, snowing, out of gas, and they are closed!!
