Total rip off!
- - They charged my card six weeks before shipping.
- - I ordered online but got the wrong shoes.
- - Return by post with a label; no apology or discount.
I purchased a pair of leather shoes on their website. After not receiving them, I tried contacting the company, however, they didn't answer their phone and had no answering machine.
When I finally got a hold of them, they said they hadn't shipped my shoes, however, they did charge my credit card six weeks prior. They finally sent the shoes and they were not the shoes I ordered. I contacted them again to complain, and they said to bring them to the store and exchange them. I said I ordered online because I am a busy single mom who works full-time and don't have time to find your store.
They said I would have to go to my local post office and they would send me a label to return. No apologies, no discount for all my time wasted and for charging my credit card without ever originally sending the product.
I would not recommend this company and will never purchase anything from them in the future. It's amazing that companies can survive with such poor customer service and no accountability.
