These quantum pwer wherlchairs are JUNK!!! Dont purchase one if a service coordinator asks u to.dont they are out to put only money in their pocket these are junk doesnt hold a charge worth a crap!
My brand new charger broke within 30 days!!! Im thoroughly disguised! Now i cant get another chair that best suits bc i trusted someone .
i would not trust these people i shouldve went with my gut on this one , i hope someday these people an companies that promote this product has loved ones that will experience what we have to endure. Bunch of ***

I've had a quantum 850 in the past and it was excellent, but this quantum edge is garbage. The armrest don't hold anything weight Wise I'm only 165 lb, and the left arm rest is just hanging down,
It rides very rough every bump destabilizes the ride. Although I've taken extreme care of it, it's falling apart as if it was made out of paper.
Is this chair made in China? Sure it might be assembled in Pennsylvania but where are all the parts made?
My quickie qm700 is a hundred times better than this quantum edge. I think my government and anybody that buys one of these is being ripped off

Piece to keep my spinal straight it really hurt
The wheelchair is my manner of transfer any where because l have spinal muscular atrophy, so lm sitting all day,but 1 piece of my wheelchair is killing my side off my ribs,the plastic holder is getting in worsted every day,cause me pain all day

husbands 10K that's ten thousand dollar wheelchair did fall apart too. brakes disengaged too.
para husband stuck in grocery store repairman told him it was user error. now it sits in driveway covered like the garbage it is.spoke to others with same chair same complaints.
these people do not care either, arm fell off chair too. thieves.years later they still try to doublebill ins.

Brakes disconnected
My chair was jerking as it moved, it had done this before. The tech showed me how to pull the brake lever up and then back down to get it to stop.
I did this and the I did the screen said Brake 1 disconnected
I have 34" doorways which makes a tight fit for my wheelchair. Sometimes the yellow brake lever that sticks out can get caught. One time it was bent going thru the doorway. I had to get a whole new brake system $500 for a used one.
It wouldld have been $850 for a new one. Again my brake 1 is stuck in disconnected mode. It is the week-end and I will have to wait until Monday to call. I am praying it is not the same issue as before.
I think to have such an important lever sticking out like it does is a very poor design.
I really am not fond of this chair. Have anyone else had issues with the brakes pn Quantum 2.0 wheelchairs?

I am an independent provider / service department and the newest chairs off the production line has the brake release in a different, less vulnerable position. By the way, I have been doing this for 25 years and I love the Quantum products.

Dispite the negative reviews I've been in a wheelchair since 2002 always had a Permobil thought it was the best until this year when it was time for a new chair my rep from National Seating recommended I try the new Edge 3.0 was not to sure they let me try a demo I was sold this is by far the best riding most comforyable chair I've been in the cushion is so comfortable I LOVE my Quantum and National Seating in Evansville,Indiana and my ATP Shelby Bass
Just wait till winter when you go outside and the chair dies after you shut it off because of two pull motors trust me you won’t like the chair in the winter

Poor service. I can't get my Quantum Power Chair until I get a doctor's prescription.
I am completely dependent on my power chair. I can't get a doctor's prescription until Nov.
21, 2019. The chair is broken not me.
This is a huge inconvenience to me. Because of this, I will never get another
Quantum Power Wheel chair.

Your insurance company, ie: Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross, etc, makes the rules, not the provider. Providers are happy to sell wheelchairs, but unless you are paying for it yourself, you have to play by the insurance rules.

got a chair in april not duitable for my needs watch out for national seating and mobility they just want to stick it to you don't buy their *** electric chairs service sucks products suck
My $48,000 quantum piece of garbage work only half the time wheelchair that leaves me stranded and arm that fell off the chair !! that left me in my concrete floor wow I was at my dinner table thank God I have my phone and was able to call the fire department to come and get me and rig my chair enough so that I had someway to get around.
I was at the ER the next day with a totally sprained body. This company let me ride around in this chair with no arm on it with only one arm mind you for over two weeks!!!!!!! I did call I ask if they had something they could replace it with while it was going to be fixed I got told a very rude no we do not !!!! Then without notice the guy shows up surprise they have a chair for me for the weekend while they repair my chair which happened to have a lift in the chair which was life-changing for me and the little dig was don’t get to use to that what kind of customer service is that now I have called repeatedly because this wheelchair keeps shutting down out of the blue just leaves me sitting there like an idiot trying to get to the bathroom imagine that .
I have called this company again today is seating and immobility of Arkansas the rudest people that I’ve ever dealt with and I still have gotten no call back I didn’t get even I’m sorry. So it looks like I’m going to be left on my own another weekend without an unreliable wheelchair and you know what it doesn’t matter the cost of this wheelchair it is dangerous very extremely dangerous chair the arm is already shaky again I do not feel safe in this chair I don’t want this chair who can I talk to I don’t know I can’t find anybody that will take responsibility for this chair I had a jazzy for seven years that was the best Chair It was comfortable it never left me deserted it never threw me to the floor and sent me to the doctor in the ER so come on people this is not OK and I don’t know who’s going to read this comment review but if something is not done and some compensation is not made for me I will go to my local news in this town that I live in they love nothing more than stories like this and I guess we will take it from there because I’ve had enough thank you it was comfortable it never left me deserted it never threw me to the floor and sent me to the doctor in the ER so come on people this is not OK and I don’t know who’s going to read this comment review but if something is not done and some compensation is not made for me I will go to my local news in this town that I live in they love nothing more than stories like this and I guess we will take it from there because I’ve had enough no matter what I will chair should never break no matter what so that’s my truth can someone please help me???????

Control screen shows brake 1 not connected chair will not operate also next screen shows battery charging when it is not even plugged into charger all tilt seat adjustment functions work perfectly
Chair stopped at Day hab while in motion has not worked since Provider is working with manufacturer and will attempt to replace controller to effect repair fingers crossed
Previous Q710 chair , very dangerous as chair had mind of it's own, Manufacturer stepped up and replaced chair with one with a better controller problem resolved
Previously had Jazzy 2200 it would stop while crossing street small micro switch on tilt mechanism would stop chair anytime it was on a incline repair was effected by placing a small piece of electrical tape on tilt frame under micro switch whisker causing it to remain engaged unless chair was tilted
getting problem of brake 1 disconnected fiddled with the wire and it works on and off again, cant find any instructions on how to actually deal with this
Low quality chair
Received chair approximately may 2017. Within a month, chair would stop going down from recline position.
Selling company replaced controller, sill had same issue. Thought it was computer, so received new chair nov. 2017. In may 2018, started developing squeeking, needed front wheel assembly replaced.
Front tires have chunks out of them. Now, chair no longer goes into full recline, with legs not raising above heart. Once legs reach as high as they will go (about half the incline he once had), the legs lose height.
In my opinion, medicare should stop paying for this chair. It is supposed to last my husband 5 years, it has not even been 1 year.
They are junk you can’t go anywhere with them in the winter unless you use a wheelchair cab
Quantum wheelchair
I recieved my Quantum wheelchair in 2017 from National Seating And Mobility. I can't walk but i can stand to transfer myself from one place to another.
I used the arms of my Quantum to help me stand. Both arms of that chair has fallen off at one time or another and I landed on the floor. National Seating has come out a few times and fixed it but it keeps happening. It happen late one night and I stay alone.
I fall and couldn't get up. Im afraid of my Quantum wheelchair.
My old wheelchairs never came apart. Has anyone else has or had the problem
Same thing happened to me also what are they waiting for to fix this problem with the arms when someone dies don’t they read their complaints
Not for outdoor people
My husband has had this chair for 2 years. It is horrible in the yard always getting stuck.
Try pulling a 440lbs wheel chair with 240lbs of husband. The chair is too heavy to transport without a handicap vehicle. The true comfort cushion is a joke. It is sad when he is more comfortable in a $400 used cheepy chair then a $ 27000 one.
Tried talking to deales about parts they dont want to talk to you with doc orders for new chair.. Next chair will not be quantum.
Agreed and you can’t use them outdoors in the winter without taking a cab door to door cuz of snow gets on the motors once the chair is shut off the motor dies for good they are aweful chairs and no one does nothing about it at least with invacare they can be used outdoors in all elements
