Quantum Management in San Jose is Terrible
Quantum Management condo management service is a terrible operation. It's basically a one woman operation, Honna Weaver, with a Polish immigrant as her assistant.
They will cheat you out of your money and provide no service. They are deceitful and dangerous as they allow re-called water sprinklers to remain in your home for months. They overcharge their customers, the residents of the community, and provide zero service.
They have allowed prostitution, robbery, even murder to take place at our facility and provide zero security. Whatever you do, stay far away from Honna Weaver at Quantum Management property services in San jose.

Quantum Management in San Jose Incompetent
Apparently, we have defective water sprinklers that have been re-called by the manufacturer at our condominium complex in San Jose, CA. Who knows how long it took for our manager, Honna Weaver (Quantum Management) to do something about.
Finally, we received a notice that they will be replaced. We were told if we were not in our unit at the required time we will be charged $75. I was there. The sprinkler replacement company was not.
Therefore, I requested that our manager, Honna Weaver (Quantum Management) give me $75 since I waited four hours for them to show. She basically was rude and obnoxious and told me she has no responsibility for the sprinkler crew, but she hired them.
Stay away from Quantum Management in San Jose.
If you want a quality condo management company choose anyone, but Honna (Quantum Management). She is terrible, incompetent, and rude!
