We installed Kraft Made Ivory painted cabinets 10 years ago. After 5 years, paint began chipping and cracking.

Kraft Made sent a repairman who did a great job repairing the finish, but told me it was due to steam or wet hands touching the cabinets. 5 years later, I am having the same issue and Kraft Made states they no longer employ repair people and that I am on my own. I called again hoping to get someone with Kraft Made that would at least recommend someone to repair and was told we only sell the cabinets we don't repair them. Prior to knowing Kraft Made would not stand by their product, I remodeled two bathrooms and purchased painted cabinets from them.

I really regret buying any cabinets from Kraft Made and would not recommend them for quality or service. We purchased all of these cabinets from Home Depot and Home Depot keeps telling us to call Kraft Made.
