Purchased a used transmission for a 2016 Nissan rogue a

They sent me the wrong transmission and was returned! After over a month of calls ( every other day) I'm still getting the same excuse! "Waiting for the accounting department to give the ok"! Very sad place to do business! I'm hoping to get my money back soon!

Quality Used Transmissions - Service is horrible
Tried to order a Transmission for my car from Quality Transmissions 03/20/23, Quality Transmissions could not timely process the order due to the fact that the transmission was never forwarded to the courier for shipping, so I cancelled the order 04/12/23 ... Ten days later and counting, Im still waiting on my refund and there has been no cooperation from any of the representatives I spoke to ... I requested to Speak to a supervisor or someone in accounting to get a status on my refund only to get hung up on ... I want my refund !!!

They will not pay warranty money.

Another 1 star review because you cant leave a 0 star review. I paid more for the low mileage transmission, (28k) that they still have advertised 6 months later. It took 30 days to get here. They cut the vin plate off of it so I couldn't CARFAX it. Installed it and the car would not move. It took a week to get someone to authorize a replacement. That 1 took a month to get here because they couldn't find another even though the same 28k and a 26k were advertised in stock. They claimed it was in testing for 2 weeks. Installed that 1 and luckily it worked. Submitted my warranty labor paperwork as directed and waited. Every time I called, They instructed me not to call back as it was being taken care of and they would let me know when the warranty department had an answer. I called and emailed over 15 times so far. Whenever I got through to a human, They say they are going to send it to the escalation manager. They give me a different managers number. Have stayed on hold for 30-45 minutes 3 times. Very dishonest co. Lucky I got a transmission that worked.

Ordered Transmission On 1/26/23,, Still Don.t Have It 2/23/23 .They Said It Was Loaded On The Delivery Truck?? Was Told They Would Send A Tracking Number.. Two Day.s Ago!!!

For 30 days I kept getting excuses why the transmission I ordered was not delivered. On the 30th day they decided the transmission was missing a part. Waste of time. Wish I would have read reviews before I paid. No honesty or integrity to be found with this company.

Poor Customer Service - Returns

I ordered a transmission from them and was told I would receive within 7-14 Business days. I finally received it 30 days later at which time I no longer needed it. I called them to return the transmission as it was never used and they stated that I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee + the cost of the freight both ways, which resulted in a refund around 7% of the original cost. I had to call 4 different times to get this information. I will be selling the transmission privately at this point.

Very bad Customer service.They computer service person ask questions about how you can't afford to drive your car and that you don't have the money for transmission. Then i told i seen one 1500 they said i can afford that either. Remind you this some one on there website so please do not spend your money here.
