Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Order was cancelled, horrible experience with customer service.
Tried to buy an engine from this farce of a company. Online forms are garbage on this website, so had to call to complete my order.was dealt with in a vicious manner,the man hung up on me, my question to him was, why am I paying to be talked to like this?
Still not done with them, waiting to see if my money, which they demand up front, is returned. Worst experience buying online Ever.

I am requesting a valid tracking number and arrival date for the engine on Invoice 411592.
after several calls now I am told this is with a manager and when transferred to his phone that no one is answering the mailbox is full and you cant leave a message. I doubt that it would make a difference if I could have been able to leave a message with a full mailbox it seems the messages are not listened to or calls returned.
If I do not have this by 5pm on 21 March 2023, I will be filing a dispute with the bank and contacting FBI Fraud to report this.

- - After 7 weeks and social-media complaints, it shipped the next day.
I paid for and was charged for a engine. I emailed them several times with only one reply telling me to be patient.
7 weeks later and me complaining on here and every social media account I could find ( and there was many, at least 3 on FB, 2 on Instagram and Twitter they finally sent it out and I actually received it the very next day.
