I Jason Sandifer, WAS SCAMMED, BEING SCAMMED, AND LIED TOO, THEY TOOK MY PERSONAL ITEMS, WITHOUT A PUBLIC LISTING, AUCTION

(ON the 30th DAY (ON the day of) 10/10/2019, I went and paid for a vehicle release to retrieve my personal items from my vehicle that was towed from the shelter per their request, even after much pleading for additional 3 days, just until the towing renewal was in effect.

However, a call was placed to the tow yard, while at the clerk’s desk, and they were told that it was already scrapped,

I was given back the 20 dollars in cash a twenty-dollar bill from the officer, via the front clerk desk, after I walked outside to go to the bus stop.

I called while at work, more than once, and I was told that I had only 20 days to retrieve my vehicle, I was previously told others calls that I had to pay the amount in full. The amount was well over 500 dollars, I was told

I asked what happen to my belongings, and items that were in the vehicle, he said that is was already taken and scrapped, and crushed the vehicle, along with all the contents,

I had very personal items in the vehicle, very important highly sensitive documents, and paperwork, very important business paperwork, and he hung up on me twice, without cause simply because I was inquiring about my vehicle I even called from work, to assure him that I was trying to make an effort to retrieve my vehicle, and when I called again.

During the phone calls, I did not, yell, or scream, I spoke normally, and inquired of the whereabouts of my belongings, and personal items.

I understood that a vehicle had to first listed in a public auction initially, and not scrapped beforehand, it was only 30 days as of yesterday (10/10/2019)

I purchased a release and was told that my vehicle was already scrapped. I called again, 2 or 3 days later and I was told that is was NOT there, I asked him to make sure that it was NOT confused with another vehicle, he was VERY HASTY in his tone, and response he said it was scrapped, and my belongs were gone, and hung-up the phone. I don't know if my personally items WERE ACTUALLY SOLD, or GIVEN, or TAKEN: my items such as: clothing, used laundry, washrags, my towels,

my body wash, deodorant, new clothing, old clothing my other toiletries, work uniforms, VERY sensitive documents, important certificates, old phone, and a umbrella that was given to me as gift, a brand new inexpensive computer laptop that was used only short period of time to search for housing, (about 3 to 5 times), approximately, and was purchased a short time previously about several days to about week approximately. All these items were placed the vehicle on Monday, (9/09/2019) because I had to go to work, and could not carry it all to work, the vehicle was towed while I was at work, and after I got off work, I went back to discover that it was towed, away, I again spoke to my worker and asked why they called to have it, my vehicle towed, they that "I had enough time"

I again expressed that it would cause me

Great Financial problematic Distress, because I could not afford to get it out without having additional help, THIS EXACTLY WHAT I TRIED TO AVOID,

I personally spoke directly with the Shelter personal by requesting just a couple more days, before it was towed on Monday,

I spoke to them on Monday morning 9/09/2019, and said that I had to go to work, and could they please wait until, Thursday, because I was waiting for my tow renewal to activate, because it was renewed, however, I tried renewing I expressed verbal and directly, that this would cause GREAT FINANCIAL DISTRESS, I begged, and pleaded, and sent a email, articulating this same concern, and I was told that they would speak with my worker, and requested it, yet could not control her decision if she decide to call, and have it towed,

I pleaded, and said that need to work, because I to continue earn money to pay for my expenses regarding the tow, and being homeless as well, etc.

yet I was ignored.

THIS EXACTLY WHAT I TRIED TO AVOID, and PREVENT

I DON'T KNOW IF THE ITEMS WERE (SOLD), (GIVEN AWAY), (SWAPPED) (TRANSFERRED) and given to anyone else, OR WHAT EXACTLY OCCURRED, OR ACTUALLY HAPPEN TO MY BELONGINGS, AND PERSONAL ITEMS.

I DON"T KNOW IF ANYTHING INCLUDING THE VEHICLE, MY PERSONAL ITEMS, OR THINGS ELSE WAS TAMPERED WITH I was again ignored by the tow manager, owner, and he scrapped my vehicle supposedly with my personal item inside. There was no one to borrow from, I had Great distress just trying to get help to renew my towing, and had to request multiple times this over a week I asked what happen to my belongings, and items that were in the vehicle,

he said that is was already "taken and scrapped", and "crushed the vehicle", along with all the contents,

This man was not interested in ever communicating with me how I could retrieve my belongings, from my fist initial conversation with him, he was short in his tone, and said that I had to pay for the amount in full of the vehicle if I wanted my things.

I don't know if my personally items WERE ACTUALLY SOLD, or GIVEN, or TAKEN: my items such as: pants, shirts, undergarments, clothing, used laundry, washrags, my towels,my body wash, deodorant, new clothing, OLD clothing my other toiletries, (WORK UNIFORMS),

(VERY HIGHLY sensitive documents), old phone, and a umbrella that was given to me as gift,
