Purchased a brand new Forest River Salem RV from Quality RV in Linn Creek Mo in April of 2o16. Camper sat parked on a level permanent concrete site from april to late Oct 2016. Pulled it home to winterize when we noticed one bald tire and damage to both slide outs. Still under warranty we took it back to Quality Rv on November 5th. After much waiting, and being told by the dealership that our frame was bent, they took measurements and said our frame was shaped like a frown instead of a smile. Their words. This caused the slides and axel to be out of adjustment. Much more waiting and they still have our camper, in January 2017 we were told to empty our personal belongings so the camper could go to Indiana for repairs. So we go empty the camper. While doing so we notice water damage to the roof and the roof seams are popping we assume from the source,,,the bent frame. A defect. So then we finally hear from someone in Indiana Micah Kipfer to be exact and this clown tells us that WE caused this damage ourselves by impacting with something. And further forest river is not going to cover any of these issues under their warranty. Such a scam! The camper is now 9 months old, been at the dealership for the past 3 months, and now they are blaming us for their defective frame. Do not buy anything from forest not trust their scam warranty....a total nightmare meanwhile we are stuck making monthly payments on the camper that is defective and no one from Forest River will repair. Scam scam scam Quality Rv in linn creek do not buy anything from them.

Careless Quality RV Linn Creek, MO

I can relate to the other customer post on here. I too grew frustrated with Quality RV and their careless ways of doing business. The purpose of this post is to warn and inform other potential customers. I bought a brand new RV at Sloppy Quality RV in Linn Creek this summer with the intentions of using it this summer. I paid for it in full and bought a hitch and several hundred dollars of accessories from their parts store. After I take my brand new RV home, I open the slide just to find out that a rock from the dealership's lot scratched up and put holes/dents in the floor covering making it look far from new. I take it back to the dealership and they tell me that this happens all the time and that the damage on my floor was nowhere as bad as the last customer who had the same issue. Service department says they will try to fix it and probably can make it look decent....(decent, not new). No money back is offered. After waiting almost a month for the repair tech to attempt to repair the deep scratches in the floor caused by a rock from the dealership lot, I was surprised to see such a sloppy and careless attempt to cover up the deep scratches. It actually looked worse and was more noticeable than before they had attempted to repair it. The sales manager, Jim Noble, could care less...he already got his money and commission for selling the RV and generally has no clue about customer satisfaction. He doesn't even care enough to make sure what size TV will fit in a brand new RV upon customer request. Jim Noble, Sales Manager, will take zero responsibility for the product he sold you after the sale is complete.

Customers beware!!! Stay away from "Poor" Quality RV in Linn Creek, MO!!! Worst customer experience I have ever had. Your brand new RV will most likely be delivered dirty inside and out with multiple flaws and you can plan on having to take it back to the dealership since there will probably be something wrong with it. The sales manager does not know his products and good luck getting him to leave his office to make a sale in the lot. The sales manager accepts no responsibility for anything once he has received your money. The repair technicians are sloppy at best. The owners are extremely rude and customer service does not exist, much less customer appreciation.
