Physically threatened by a cashier
- - Visited Huffman Rd store in Anchorage.
- - John from around the counter threatened me.
- - He accused me of insulting his wife; I did not.
Visited your store on Huffman road in Anchorage Alaska. Your employee, John, came out from around the counter and physically threatened me accusing me of an absurd claim that I said something rude to his wife who I don't even know.
I have never met this person, nor do I know anything about his family. His accusation was insulting and completely without merit. I was embarrassed in your store as he approached me in front of other customers. I will consider this as an assault by a Tesoro employee.
Please advise as to how you would like to proceed with handling this situation. If necessary I will be happy to submit a formal complaint certified by our lawyer.
