Company was neglectful and rude to me.
If you are planning on finishing your basement or doing any other project requiring trim, I do not recommend doing business with Quality Doors and Millwork in I.F.. 1: they were out of stock on one piece that I needed and did not tell me so I could go somewhere else to get it. 2: just trying to get my order straightened out on the phone I was treated very rudely. The man on the other line was upset saying how busy they are with contractor orders and how he has lost money on my order (I am not sure why, I paid what I was quoted). 3: part of my order was dropped off on a day that it rained, getting the pieces wet. when I went back to get the rest of my order, the person who made that delivery said that he thought someone was home (the garage door was even open 6 inches to let our cat in and out of the garage).
