Poor quality drop ship site, no returns, customer service inept

Bought an item based on the photo. When I received the item it was a completely different item than pictured.
I went back to the site, my bad, the photo was wrong but other info on the item was correct, so I got the thing I bought.
Drat.
Contacted customer service, went back and forth. The rep had trouble reading and writing English but still said no return on this item contrary to the terms on the site.
I placed the items up for sale and posted a review of the site with my ad. Eventually, the rep contacted me on the phone speaking perfect English. Apparently, he just has low reading comprehension.
He yelled and verbally abused me for about five minutes while I remained calm and tried to work toward a resolution. He didn't appear interested, so I asked him if we were done, he said yes. We exchanged polite goodbyes and ended the call.
At no point did he offer a resolution. I believe his intention was to bully me into removing my reviews on the ads I posted.
I figured if he needed them removed that bad then I would remove them. I hate to see anyone that unhappy. I certainly empathize with the guy. It's a lot of work to have an e-commerce website be accurate.
Plus I've said things I regret from time to time.
I removed the reviews on Craigslist and Trustpilot but I think I left the eBay one. I'm adding this one because I want people to be careful.
