Consistently months late shipping order, no customer service

This company consistently withdraws the required payment from our bank account on time by the due date, but then does not ship the equipment until months later. These filters are required to be changed on time; it poses a health safety risk to the consumer for Quality DME to delay that long. After multiple voicemails left, nobody returns our calls. They only respond to negative Google reviews.

Unreliable

It has been taking more than a week to get supplies after you put in your order. Found out that if Dr /Govt/Insurance is not responding, they don't care. If you call, they tell you that the order is in process, but only if you call and insist will they tell you why -- they have no way for you to find out order status (so much for their online system). In other words, unless you try to find which Dr /Govt/Insurance is not responding and calling them yourself, Q DME doesn't seem to do anything. That's okay if you want to go without the CPAP for a week or more, but that just makes no sense if you need a CPAP. I've asked to speak to management because I have a simple suggestion to help fix the delays, but it seems they are not interested. Judging from the poor reviews I've seen for CPAP suppliers in general, I suggest you just do your ordering directly and not rely on any "automated service" for any company you decide to deal with. Be prepared to deal with multiple sources of delay.

Horrible Customer Service

I suffered from stroke with had caused me sleep issues and memory issues. My neurologist started me on a CPAP, which I had no luck with. Quality DME continued to send me new supplies, in spite of knowing I wasn't using the machine. When I went to return the machine and unopened supplies, they would not take the supplies back because it had been more than a month since they sent them (in spite of me not using the CPAP and not needing them). I haven been trying to reach their billing manager for over a week. I am not asking for all of the money back that I invested in a machine that did not work for me, but I am requesting money back from all of the unopened supplies they sent me.
