Homeowners and local businesses please read and share.

We hope this post is allowed, as we feel a strong responsibility to warn others. This is for anyone planning home renovations or new builds, and especially for local suppliers who provide building materials and labor.

Please do NOT hire Raymond Bacon with Quality Construction and Stucco.

We hired Raymond in good faith to build our future home.

In March, we gave him $88,000 as a down payment to begin the work. What followed has been a nightmare not only for our family, but for the local businesses that got caught up in this too.

Here are the facts:Our basement was dug in April by a respected company, yet that company has never been paid.Building materials were ordered and delivered from local hardware stores not a single bill has been paid, even after repeated promises and reminders.Raymond claimed he paid the plumber $20,000. The plumber has since confirmed he was never paid anything.Delays, excuses, and inaction have defined this entire process. No meaningful work began until June, despite money being handed over in March.

This is not just poor business its fraudulent and unethical behavior.

Raymond Bacon has shown no honesty, no accountability, and no respect for the families or businesses he deals with.

We are sharing this because:We dont want anyone else to suffer the way we have.We want to protect local suppliers from financial loss and unpaid work.We want to make sure others ask for full payment upfront if they ever have to deal with him (though we strongly urge you not to).

Please avoid Raymond Bacon / Quality Construction and Stucco in the Wadena and Broadview, SK areas.

Youll be left with delays, unpaid bills, and serious financial stress and the work certainly won't live up to the name "quality."

This has been a painful and expensive lesson for our family. Help us spread the word so no one else becomes a victim.

Thank you for reading and sharing.

User's recommendation: Do not deal this company/person
