This carpet cleaning Co. defrauded me and did not do all the services they charged me with.

I've tried 4 times to speak with them and have been told I'm a liar and treated abusively by the employees. I'm 75 years old and do not deserve to be ripped-off by this Co. and then treated so rudely and dismissively! I advise everyone to have another person with you when allowing this service.

You will need a witness when the service is not completed. I've contaxted the Better Business Bureau and have been told this Service has not responded to there attempt at contacting them about this issue.
