Quality Box & Pack, Westerville, Oh damaged/lost/did not ship containers

Two coolers of time-critical environmental samples were dropped off on Dec 29, 2010 for overnight delivery to Belmont Labs. Heather Blaker said, "I'll take care of that". The coolers were to have been delivered on December 30. They were not. On Monday, January 3, 2011, Heather Blaker called to complain of a wet and leaking package and to take it from the premises. When I arrived I found one damaged container, overturned on the sidewalk, no longer in custody of Quality Box & Pack. The missing cooler was not with it and I was told I could not look for it, under the owner's escort. This was negligence of both omission and commission to take care of two containers in their custody and to ship them as specified. This was commision in damaging and overturning the cooler and throwing it (their words) on the sidewalk, outside of their custody. This was negligence of commision in not allowing me to search the premisies and denying that the "missing" cooler was on the premisies. Resampling was required for the missing cooler, which was delivered seven (7) days after the drop-off to Belmont labs. They were untestable and outside the allowable time protocol for testing of such samples. The damaged cooler, cast from Quality Box & Pack by its employees, was repackaged and shipped by me. Lab results from these samples were obtained but not in a timely, customary manner.

This is a complete fabrication and never happened. This has been a reckless, and aweful insult to one of the finest Shipping outlets in Westerville, ohio.

I am so sorry that my customers have to read this kind of trash. Boo to Pissed Consumer for even allowing tis kind of defamation to occur to such a fine small family owned business


Mark Blaker is a thief and a crook. I use to work at QB&P and I know that Mark Blaker is a dishonest business owner that lacks any kind of morals.

He has this "policy" where he rips the shipping cost off of the receipt that prints out for Fedex Ground shipments and then charges the customer extra. He calls it "pulling tabs". If you ever ship something FedEx Ground with him just look at the sticker that he puts on your receipt. It the right side has been torn off then he just charged you extra.

with him thereHe also does not make a profit on postal shipments so he charges the customer double for all shipments going through the US post office.

Avoid the Quality Box and Pack in Westerville Ohio. Use the UPS store a few doors down or the FedEx Office on Schrock Rd.
