Buyer Beware
Quality bath sent me a defective product. The sink I ordered is a beautiful sink.
The defect is that the back part of the sink is uneven.
You can't tell it's defective upon inspection. It's not noticable until the sink is installed. The front of the sink is level. My floor and pedestal base (I purchased from Quality bath) is level.
I've sent pictures and emails explaining why I was dissatisfied with this sink. I asked for an exchange because I love this sink. My emails have gone unanswered. I called after sending the 1st email.
I was told that the plumber needed to shimmy the sink. The plumber did that and more to no avail, it only made the defect more noticeable in the front part of the sink.
I don't think asking for an exchange is asking for much. I'm very disappointed with the lack of customer service from Quality Bath.
